Established on August 18, 2024 in Ugbene Abakpa, Enugu. Ugbene connect represents the combined dreams of our people working together for progress.
"We the Resident of Ugbene residing within and abroad and the other interested residence of Ugbene, united by love and politics for the purpose of strengthening one another promoting humanitarian services, material welfare and contributing to the development of one another socially, culturally and politically having firmly resolve to make this rules and regulation for the good of our progress, hereby make enact and give to ourselves this constitution."
